19 жовтня об 11:00 в Чернігівському історичному музеї імені В.В. Tarnovsky (Val, Street. Museum, 4) round table will be the 40th anniversary of the Ukrainian community to promote the implementation of the Helsinki Accords (Ukrainian Helsinki Group).
